PUBLIC NOTICE
FY2027 UPWP PROPOSED AMENDMENT #1: The NWARPC has determined an amendment to its FY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is necessary to add a work task focused on evaluating multimodal transportation data and to account for the required 2.5 percent set aside for Complete Streets and active transportation planning.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Public comment period will be held Monday, July 6, 2026 through Monday, July 20, 2026. The TAC and RPC/Policy Committee will consider the amendment at the regularly scheduled July meetings. Meeting information can be found at https://www.nwarpc.org/events/.
Unified Planning Work Program
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) describes planning and management activities conducted by NWARPC. It illustrates the relationship between adopted goals, objectives, program activities, and provides the program activities and products. The program outlines the scope of activities to be undertaken by NWARPC in each fiscal year which begins on July 1 and ends June 30.
The Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) was approved by the RPC/Policy Committee on April 22, 2026.
