Public Involvement Meeting with FHWA & FTA Officials
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) is providing an opportunity for the public to speak directly with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) officials in a public involvement meeting concerning the public’s views on the transportation planning process in the Northwest Arkansas/Southwest Missouri area. The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 4:30 pm until 5:30 pm at the office of NWARPC located at 1311 Clayton Street, Springdale, AR 72762.
This public meeting is part of a Federal review that will assess compliance with Federal regulations pertaining to the transportation planning process conducted by the NWARPC, the Arkansas Department of Transportation, the Missouri Department of Transportation, Ozark Regional Transit, Razorback Transit and local units of government in the Northwest Arkansas area and a small portion of McDonald County, MO.
